Question by Grench: My scottish terrier has the habit of wallering on his back and talking like his back is itching what can I do?
He lays on his back and moves back & forth like he is scratching his back and makes a arharharh noise it is anoying and he does it all the time what can I do to stop it?

Figure out why his skin there is bothering him and you can stop it.
